Windsor Park 4-Plex
These units feature full ensuite basements with oversized windows crossing modular connection lines, proving you don’t have to sacrifice architecture or functionality to build modular.
A strong multi-rental investment built for modern living. This build took a more hybrid approach than our typical projects — while we usually complete about 95% of construction in our plant, this design included custom elements that required on-site integration. The result: approximately 75% built in-plant and the remainder completed on location to accommodate the unique features.
It’s a beautiful build featuring spacious patios, expansive windows, and thoughtful design details throughout.
Mount Pleasant 3
